First of all, delete unknown apps from the phone. After this, check the list of apps that have access to the mic and camera in the phone and give this permission only to the necessary apps. For example, for the Music app, you can turn off access to the camera and mic.
Nowadays, smartphones also have a separate toggle to turn off access to the camera and mic. You can see it in the drop down menu. You can also turn off access to the mic and camera from here when the app is not in use.
